The food was beautifully presented, the service was excellent and every dish was unique and delicious! We also enjoyed a fabulous sunset over the Caldera while here. We are definitely adding Fly Away to our recommended restaurant list.

It’s Foodie Friday at Spectacular Journeys. Today we share the amazing red onions of Calabria.

Red onions from Calabria are known for their mild sweet flavor with a spicy subtle kick, making them versatile for various dishes.
