A little phone text tip. If you have noticed that your texts are suddenly inserting the words "period" and "question mark" instead of the punctuation marks when you say them, it is likely that you don't have data on or a WIFI connection on. Turning one of these things back on may resolve the issue.

Quick tip if you have uploaded a video to Facebook and want to replace it with a better version without losing your comments. If you try to directly delete the video first from your PC you will have to delete the entire post. So instead...First open your FB profile/page on your phone App and click on the Edit post which you would like to edit. Open your video and then click on "X" t,o delete your video only and save that edit. Then, open your FB profile/page with your PC browser, find that post and click on Edit, it will now show the photos icon to upload photos and video. Click on it and upload your new video. Voila! You have replaced your video without losing your comments. Your view count will start over from zero but if you note how many views your first video had before you deleted it, you can add that count to new count so you will know how many "real" views your post has.

The member who lived in near you..but you cannot remember her name? But she posted the most awesome cupcake recipe!

Just use the group search feature..the magnifying glass icon.
It's at the top right..you'll see it unless you are in the response to-a-post mode.

So click on the icon.
What DO you remember? Hmmmmm
Cupcakes?
A specific word about what the member posted? Her posted location?
So just type that in then go. That search will bring up posts with that word in it.

Even a string of words you remember, like
"I found a trick to" ____
Will work. Try it.
