From hauling grills to all our properties, to bringing in the big machinery for home prep, they’ve been with us every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work, the island is looking better than ever and almost ready to welcome guests. We couldn’t do it without you! 🌴

Slowly but surely, our beautiful island is returning to normal, and we couldn’t be happier! 🌴 In our free time, the SeaBreeze team has been showing love to our local favorites like Zen Nails & Spa and Anna Maria Island Coffee Shack. Supporting our neighbors is what makes this island feel like home. 💙

Yesterday, our team completed inspections of our properties in Holmes Beach and Anna Maria following the impact of Hurricane Milton. We’re incredibly grateful to report that, much like in Bradenton Beach, we were very fortunate overall, with minimal damage.

We know how lucky we’ve been compared to some, and our thoughts are with those still recovering. As always, we’re focused on making sure our homes are safe and ready for our wonderful guests and owners. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue our inspections.

Today, we were allowed back onto Bradenton Beach, and we're happy to report that we could check on all of our homes. Thankfully, we fared much better with Hurricane Milton compared to the storm surge from Hurricane Helene last time.

Tomorrow, we’ll be starting assessments in Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island to ensure all of our properties are safe and sound.

Once power is restored, Seabreeze Construction will continue restoration work to get the homes back in top condition and rent-ready.

🌀 Hurricane Milton made landfall at Siesta Key, around 20 miles south of us. Initial reports from local officials indicate less damage overall compared to Hurricane Helene, but there is still damage and downed power lines. We are unable to access the island at this time, but we will assessing damages as soon as possible. 🌀

Another hurricane preparation in the books. 🌧️ Our dedicated team has secured over 100 homes, including properties managed by other companies, here on Anna Maria Island. We are currently anticipating around 10-15ft of water on Anna Maria Island. All reservations are canceled through November 2nd as we prioritize safety and recovery efforts. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team focuses on staying safe this week. Stay safe, everyone!

Office renovations are still in full swing, so part of our team is getting creative and working from one of our beautiful properties for the next few weeks! We’re operating at limited capacity, but we’re dedicated to answering all guest and owner questions as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience—we can’t wait to get back to our refreshed office soon!

Our amazing SeaBreeze Construction Team has already emptied 4 homes and removed the drywall in just one day as part of Hurricane Helene recovery! 💪 Progress is moving fast, and we’re getting closer to welcoming guests back to the beautiful Anna Maria Island. 🌴 We can’t wait to share this paradise with you again soon!

Day 2 of hurricane cleanup: We're beginning to restore our office so we can have a hub on the island. Our team has started inspecting properties—some are in better shape than expected, while others have taken more damage. We'll continue to keep everyone updated as we move forward.

Hurricane Helene Update:

Parts of Anna Maria Island have suffered catastrophic damage. Today, our teams were able to access the island to begin assessing the condition of our properties. One of our teams walked around Bradenton Beach on foot, as the roads remain closed to vehicles, to evaluate the damage.

We are relieved that everyone is safe, and though the road to recovery will be long, we are committed to keeping our owners and guests informed. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore the beauty of Anna Maria Island. ☀️🌴

Here’s how you can help protect our sea turtles:

1. Lights Out! 🌌 Turn off lights visible from the beach to prevent disorienting the hatchlings.
2. Fill in Holes 🚫🏖️ Fill in any holes you dig on the beach to ensure the babies have a clear path to the sea.
3. Keep Beaches Clean 🗑️🌿 Dispose of trash properly and remove beach furniture at night.
4. Respect Nesting Sites 🚫🐢 Observe marked nesting areas from a distance.
