Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is situated in a private Sandy Pointe complex right in the heart of Holmes Beach on the beautiful Anna Maria Island in Florida. The unit is only a few short blocks away from the some of the most beautiful island beaches and is conveniently located across from the island grocery store (Publix), 2 pharmacies (CVS and Walgreens), and a diverse selection of shops and restaurants. The free air-conditioned trolley can take you all over the island for shopping and dining and there is a stop right at the complex entrance.
A relaxing patio area includes a large heated all year-round community pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool-side cabana. Sandy Pointe complex is situated on the edge of Grassy Point Preserve and offers great views of the lush mangrove wetlands. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony!
