We are so fortunate to have Sarasota Dolphin Research Program right here in our neighborhood. We see them out almost daily. Thanks for what y’all do.

This year, we documented the births of 13 calves to Sarasota Bay mothers, with nine surviving. In November, we documented seven of them during our monthly photographic ID surveys — including 2513, pictured here — and all appeared to be doing well! The last calf we documented this year was 1714, the fourth calf of F171, who we documented on Sept. 9.
