"My husband Len and I had the opportunity to spend 4 glorious days at Indigo Tide in August of 2021. Hesketh Island is tucked away in a beautiful spot and the cabin is situated perfectly to get the most of the island and views. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, while still feeling like a part of nature. The décor is cozy and peaceful and provides the perfect setting to enjoy this special place. It's really the best of both worlds, experiencing the outdoors while also having the most important comforts. The "Loo with a View" is even chic.

We loved the easy access to the beach and the gorgeous views that changed throughout the day depending on the sunlight, ending with a spectacular yellow, orange and pink sunset! The calming, gentle lap of water is the most tranquil sound to take it all in and enjoy the serenity. At nighttime, when the stars come up out on the beach, it is just breathtaking and truly a magical place.

That is worth it itself but there is also so much to do right outside your door. We enjoyed fires and cooking on the beach each night. We kayaked right from the beach over to Grace Ridge trail and hiked up the trail for gorgeous views of Hesketh and Kachemak Bay. We picked fresh blueberries right around the cabin and made blueberry pancakes and sausages for breakfast one morning...pure bliss!

We would highly recommend Indigo Tide if you are looking for a break from everyday life and want to escape to a beautiful remote island with the perfect little cabin to unwind, relax, and soak it all in!"
