She is in the area, so please drive slow and respect her space while she works hard to raise these sweet little calves.

Beluga Air- bear viewing in Lake Clark National Park
Our final trip of the season starts in late August and runs all the way through the end of September! Bears get better and better into the fall as they catch all they can on the last salmon runs at this location before hibernation sets in. This is luxury bear viewing at its best! We take you to an incredibly scenic glacial fed lake surrounded by mountains and volcanos in Lake Clark National Park. We beach on the shore of Redoubt Mountain Lodge, where you will enjoy a hot lunch with salmon, delicious sides, and desert provided by the lodge. Before or after lunch, you will load up on their comfy pontoon boats as their guides take you around the lake for a one-of-a-kind bear viewing experience. No hiking or hip boots required!

Beluga Air- Guided Bear Viewing Tour
During the last week of July through August go backcountry on our wilderness expedition to the Katmai Preserve. This is a professionally guided adventure. Hip waders, a safety briefing and a great narrated flight start the day before landing on a remote lake. There you will hike out into the alpine tundra for 4 hours of incredible bear viewing in the wilderness of Alaska watching bears fish and feast on salmon in the creek beds.

Today we are showcasing our Brooks Falls adventure! This is a great trip for most ages and abilities. Camp has amenities and you will experience a great narrated scenic flight to and from Brooks Camp! With 4 full hours on the ground viewing you have enough time to enjoy the area unguided and at your own pace. It leaves plenty of time to really sink into the viewing experience at each of the 3 platform areas and enjoy a beautiful hike on the trail.

Today we start off with the first trip of the season we offer, a journey to the Katmai Coast! Bears are waking up and we are there to see their first movements as they spend their time grazing on sedges, clamming, mating, and more! We offer a beautiful, scenic narrated flight down the coastline as we make our way to our bear viewing locations where we spend 4 hours viewing with a professional guide. An incredible trip offered only during the month of June!

A few things have changed over the past few years; notably our newest aircraft and the ability to offer flight instruction. Wes is a gifted instructor and I've seen him newly reinvigorated as he shares his love of flying with pilots both novice and veteran.
