Big shout out to Signs N' At for making this protect come to life!!! We couldn’t have done it without Yinz !!!

We had a big install this past week for a custom illuminated sign cabinet at the historic Bank on 8th in Homstead which houses Escape Room Pittsburgh and the Ace Axe Throwing! We couldn’t be prouder of the design and opportunity to follow in the historic footsteps of the building and where previous signs had been. Thank you Joe and the Bank on 8th for allowing us to brighten up the old bank!

Thank you post !!

Thank you to all of our staff, volunteers, vendors and most importantly the THROWERS. For 4 years this event has been “for the throwers” with one of the largest prize pools every year. We realize you practice hard at your home axe clubs and spend serious money to come out to this event. With a record turn out this year We mean when we say that we cannot do it without you all. Thank you!!

A huge congratulations to our very own Dave “Canexican” Alviso on the main event win!! 3 of the past 4 years he has hoisted the Ace Cup trophy! Great job, and we are excited to see your run in the IATC 2024!!

Congratulations to 2nd place Austin “Sauceboss” Campbell and 3rd place Phillipe Lachance. They both secured an automatic bid to Round 2 in the IATC.

A couple housekeeping notes
- Top 10 throwers will be contacted next week via email about payment details
- Top 4 IATC Round bids will be notified as well
- Please check your bags for a brown wallet and key set. Dina from Chill Axe is missing hers

Lastly, it has been brought to our attention that some comments were made on the livestream broadcast by an announcer in poor taste. We are in the process of reviewing the broadcast in its entirety and apologize if the comments offended anyone. These comments are not representative of Ace Ace Throwing or the welcoming and including environment that we seek to foster. Importantly, this announcer will not be on future broadcasts.

Please don’t let this outshine all the hard work that the throwers, staff, and volunteers put in to make this a world class tournament we hope to see you all again at the next event!
