Old Homosassa is a great "Family Destination" where you can definitely "Stay Salty"!! Only 4 days before the Scallop Season opens here on Florida's Nature Coast on Monday, July 1st! Snorkel down in chest or waist deep crystal clear water over pristine grass flats and grab your bounty of these delicious mollusks! We still have a few openings for the first two weeks.
