Good morning everyone!! We have a lot of new , therefore, thought I would give a brief summary of who I am and what I love to do! My name is Regine I am a local in citrus county graduate from lecanto high school, with a college degree from Cfcc( our local community college)! My mother has a small breakfast and lunch diner that I help manage(Sabinas diner) after 34 years of restaurant work, I decided to start a vacation rental business! I have many years of knowledge running my mom's vacation rental for 7 years now on VRBO. I help people start vacation rentals out of their homes if they're interested, I then help manage, clean, and sustain their home for them answering the questions that people ask when they're at your house staying, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, helping them get around the county if needed, even help them know the good spots to eat!! Also, I help people get into vacation rentals as well, family, friends, and neighbors coming into town for holiday, even snow birds!! I have my own website for marketing and booking, and am a chamber member and a 365 united way donater👐 I'm now looking into different avenues of streaming income besides Airbnb and VRBO if you're interested give me a call I'll come meet you at your house and we can talk about the different options my number is 352-464-5521!
