GENERAL: Linens/towels, washer/dryer, central air conditioning/heat, complimentary toiletries
PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), additional open parking

Rules
- No smoking inside
- No events, parties or large gatherings without homeowner approval
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- No pets allowed. The homeowner has severe pet allergies and there are to be no pets of any kind. The homeowner requests that potential guests who require a service animal respect the fact that the homeowner has these allergies and asks that no animals be brought to the property.
- This transient short-term vacation home is not considered a privately owned business that serves the public, therefore the owner is not required to allow service animals, per ADA rules and regulations. Please inquire with Evolve for more information
- NOTE: Guests assume all risks when swimming and using the boat lift
- NOTE: Guests assume all risks when using the bunk beds
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The home features 1 exterior security camera on the back porch that monitors the boat slip/water. It does not look into any interior spaces

Looking for a place to get away for the holidays? Why not chose Homosassa? Perfect place to take the paddle boards to the springs or head to the gulf to catch some game fish.
