Almost 2 months post hurricane and things are moving along!! Check out this new flooring! We are in love and can’t wait to welcome guests back soon!

Hey Crew! It was a long day in Homosassa as waters continued to rise for hours due to Hurricane Idalia. Once the waters receded enough we were able to make it in to assess. Water made it in to the house and it’s a little soggy in there right now. But everyone is safe and now we begin clean up! Please lift prayers for Homosassa, many peoples homes flooded and our beautiful piece of paradise will be a mess for a minute.

It’s Manatee Appreciation Day!! Did you know that manatee are the oceans largest herbivores measuring up to 15ft in length and 1,775kg in weight. They are slow moving creatures and spend up to 50% of their time submerged asleep. They surface every 3-5mins to breathe, but can hold their breath for up to 20mins.

Mondays are always better with manatees!!
