We want to assure you that we have no plans to leave! While the future is uncertain, we hope the new owners will offer us a fair rental agreement so we can remain in the area. This storm is massive - stay safe everyone

Quick Crystal River update; buoys at the mouth of the Crystal River and Kings Bay bridge continue to show decreasing water levels, as expected, and as the winds are blowing the water out. HOWEVER, communities to our south are seeing significant spikes in surge levels as Helene passes and winds change direction. Beach towns along Pinellas county and Gulf Boulevard; Hillsborough county and Bay Shore Boulevard are flooded. They are seeing substantial surge increases along their coastal communities. We should expect the same. Helene is due west and we will soon see our winds change. Praying for the best. We will keep you posted.
