Iruka Hawaii is looking for part-time and full-time captains and boat crew members to join our ‘Ohana. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for the ocean, marine life, and Hawaiian culture to share with our guests. Experience in freediving, diving, surfing, lifeguarding, ocean safety, and CPR certification is a plus!

We are a family-oriented team seeking someone who will thrive in this environment. We’re looking for individuals who embody the Aloha spirit and are willing to go the extra mile to make our guests’ experiences truly memorable.
