Yesterday we traveled the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park from the west side to the east in the Red Buses! The scenes were beautiful. We saw a deer and two BEARS!
It was cold and we got stuck in a cloud at Logan Pass and there was rain! But it was fun and a lot of memories were made!

In the TV show Yellowstone, a shootout scene takes place at Ruby's Cafe in Missoula, Montana:
What happens: In the scene, Rip (Cole Hauser) pulls a criminal through the window of the cafe, but not in time to save Sheriff Donnie Haskell (Hugh Dillon).

Glen's Café in Florence, Montana was a filming location for the TV show Yellowstone. In the show, John Dutton buys a steak dinner for Jamie's biological father, Garrett, at Glen's Café.
We were treated to a piece of their famous pie!

We had a great day today. First day of sunshine! The boat ride on Lake McDonald was so fun and interesting!

McDonald’s Lodge in Glacier National Park. It was built in the early 1900’s. I hope the sun comes out around noon. We will take a boat ride plus have lunch as cruise the lake. This is where you see those iconic colored rock through the crystal clear waters.

We visited a couple of unique and interesting museums yesterday plus learned about The Orthodox Church. We stayed in Kalispell last night. The countryside is still beauty even though we are dealing with some smoke.

We landed in Missoula, MT then traveled to Butte. We toured the Copper King Mansion. Learned about Butte on the Trolley Tour then had a delicious meal at Sparky’s Garage! It looks like it’s foggy but that is smoke from new fires in Idaho. The winds tonight should clear it out tomorrow as we travel to Kalispell.
