This is a newly constructed rental property (2021) nestled in the trees on beautiful and tranquil Lake Coronado, designed for girlfriend getaways, couples retreat, or a small family vacay. What you'll appreciate:

Our property is within 3-4 minutes of the fitness center (with indoor pool), walking trail, library, Italian restaurant, and tennis courts. Every HSV amenity is within a 10-15 minute drive. Within 30 minutes of the HSV gates you'll enjoy Lake Ouachita State Park (boating, hiking and fishing), Magic Springs theme and water park, Oaklawn casino and horse racing, great restaurants, art galleries, Lake Hamilton, and Hot Springs National Park (including the bathhouses). Our property is best suited for stays of 3 weeks or less, year round. We will consider inquiries for monthly rentals for the months of Dec, Jan, and Feb. It is also best suited for children age 5 and above (e.g., older than 2). Sorry, we don't allow:
* Pets
* Smoking, other than on the patio and at the fire pit
2-night minimum. Rentals only to those age 21 and above.
