How does it work?
1. Arrive at shop around 5-5:30 ( whatever works for you!)
2. Purchase your coffee/ tea/ drinks. Small snacks also available.
3. We meet & greet, chat for a few minutes ( optional)
4. Find a cozy spot in the shop or the patio. (Patio to be open weather permitting.)
5. Read our own books of choice in a comfortable silence.

Completely owning the shadow opposite our ego allows for showing yourself true unconditional love from within. Let’s truly LOVE OURSELVES!!!!

Four- 2 hour sessions from 10am to 12pm : Class Dates, Jan 18th, Jan 25th, Feb 8th, Feb 15th

Lunch and Tea is included with each class session
