This all-inclusive family friendly resort offers a secluded snorkeling beach. Many beaches in Los Cabos are not swimmable, so this is a unique feature for guests staying here. These are mostly pictures taken during a site inspection of the property. For additional pictures, please check out my Los Cabos (March 2024) album. The grounds are beautiful and the food was great! I had a great time attending the Keweenaw Chamber of Commerce's Lunch + Learn presentation today! The topic centered around cultural tourism, which includes traveling to experience or discover arts and architecture, historical and cultural heritage, and culinary traditions.

I love immersing myself in a destination, especially when it involves learning about and sampling the dishes native to that region! How about you?

Here are the highlights from the Christmastime in Alsace & Germany cruise I took with Avalon Waterways. Unfortunately, due to high water levels, we experienced significant changes to our itinerary.

We were originally scheduled to sail from Frankfurt to Basel, but only made it as far as Ludwigshafen. As I tell my clients, it is important to remain flexible. Even though the experience was different from my expectations, I was able to make the most of the trip and had a great time.

I just recently got back from my first river cruise along the Rhine River and wanted to share this quick video I captured after departing Frankfurt on the first night of my sailing.

Due to high water levels, our cruise itinerary was changed quite significantly and we were only able to sail as far as Ludwigshafen. It was a bit of a disappointment, but I was able to make the best of it and ended up having a great time. I'll share more details regarding my trip later this week.
