What a treat it is to stay at Pousada Literária, located in the historical center of Paraty! Cindy Goldberger recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming inn, during her travels in Brazil.

The hotel occupies a fully restored colonial house and offers exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, an anytime/anywhere breakfast, the town’s first boutique spa, a relaxing pool and thousands of books.

We recommend two nights minimum to enjoy the Pousada and Paraty, but 3-4 nights would be ideal to truly experience the town and the hotel. And upon your departure the hotel gifts you with bananas, citrus and/or other products fresh from their farm.
