This is a very important message for those cruise passengers that are considering booking a private tour company instead of the tours that your cruise line offers. The cruise does not wait for I depe dent tour operators. But will wait for those that are booked through the cruise line....Also it is always wise to purchase the I insurance from the cruise line as well because had these passengers had the insurance they would have had additional help in reaching the next port to catch the ship as well as help with obtaining passport and medication as well. Just be prepared.
