We are responsible for the largest transaction most people make in their lives. That requires commitment, consistency, education, empathy, focus, knowledge, and strategy.

EVERYDAY, you should have a plan to generate more business! EVERYDAY, you should be marketing, selling, telling, and giving value to those who choose to follow you. EVERYDAY, you should be somewhere talking to somebody, touring homes, recording videos that's educating your followers, at events, shaking hands, talking the talk, being the expert who educates, a community activist, active HOA Member, etc...

REALTORS, must learn how to fish for their own business! If you have to be fed(given fish) business, you are at the mercy of whoever is giving you deals. At any given movement, they can turn off your access(life).
