Mastering these changes and sharpening your negotiation skills will set you apart in this competitive landscape.

Understanding these new contract modifications is not just about staying informed—it's about staying ahead. Take the time to read, research, and immerse yourself in the details. This knowledge will empower you to serve your clients better and protect your interests effectively.

Your ability to negotiate your commission will be more crucial than ever. With clients becoming more informed and discerning, you must clearly communicate your value and justify your worth. The real estate industry is competitive, and with these contract changes, we anticipate that 30% to 40% of realtors may leave the business within the next 8 to 12 months. This statistic is a wake-up call, but it also highlights the opportunity for those ready to step up.

EVERYDAY, you should have a plan to generate more business! EVERYDAY, you should be marketing, selling, telling, and giving value to those who choose to follow you. EVERYDAY, you should be somewhere talking to somebody, touring homes, recording videos that's educating your followers, at events, shaking hands, talking the talk, being the expert who educates, a community activist, active HOA Member, etc...

REALTORS, must learn how to fish for their own business! If you have to be fed(given fish) business, you are at the mercy of whoever is giving you deals. At any given movement, they can turn off your access(life).
