Our collection is constantly changing and features an eclectic range of upholstered furniture and vintage housewares.

l+j industries are twin sisters, Lynne and Julia Schafer who have turned their love for fabric and working with power tools into a clever source for modern furniture. We also offer a mix of mid-century inspired designs of our own using new and reclaimed materials. Vintage makes sense as it is reusing something that has already stood the test of time and helps to reduce the amount of furniture disc

arded into landfills. All pieces have been given some much needed TLC to give them a new lease on life. l+j industries is based in a converted duplex in the historic Houston Heights. It is very much a working space rather than a showroom, but customers often visit by appointment. We also teach a variety of upholstery classes.
