Their smiles say it all. Safari happiness is as much about the incredible freedom of space, the silence of modern noise- here it’s the birdsong, grunting hippo and roaring lion who fill the air- and those epic wildlife encounters (swipe for some incredible pics!), as it is about the joy of being with passionate, knowledgeable, kind people who share their very special and unique home with you. New friendships are not the reason to travel- perhaps- but they certainly are the reason for big smiles!

Priceless for the moments of awe: Drifting silently over the Serengeti in a hot air balloon.
Locking eyes with a Silverback gorilla. Learning the land through your ranger- part encyclopedia, part philosopher, all heart.

It’s in the tears you didn’t expect, and the laughter you couldn’t hold back. In the sunsets that set your soul ablaze, and the stars that remind you how small and infinite you are.

You lean into Gaia- into wonder- and leave with something sacred: A deeper reverence for this extraordinary planet that is ours to protect, and the wild spaces that remind us to breathe.

What a trip. From vineyards and charming coastal villages, penguins shuffling along the beach, to that surreal “top of the world” feeling on Table Mountain. There were rhinos at sunset, and cats- so many cats. Not the kind curled up on a couch, but leopards, lions, cheetahs, wild and powerful. The South African bush had so much to give, and they soaked in every moment. They even made it to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe- roaring, vast, unforgettable. Golden days, and memories the family will carry forever. This is why we travel, to live and learn and love.

A Serengeti safari is a chance to experience nature in its purest form—wide open plains, endless skies, and the quiet presence of wildlife moving through it all. There’s a real sense of space and freedom out there, where the horizon stretches unbroken and time seems to slow down. “There are no words to describe what we experienced today. Insane to say the least. we dehorned one female then they picked up an injured calf with a drone so we went to see what was happening and cleaned her. They darted mom from the helicopter and sedated the tiny baby. She had been attacked by a lion and had deep punctures and infection setting in. So, we encountered three rhinos and had hands on each. The team was amazing and let us participate on every level from microchipping, notching her ears and waking her up. They were so completely grateful for the donation and we are just blown away. Speechless! We love this property too and we’re having a blast. Thank you a million times.”
