Smith Mountain Condo at Mariner's Landing Resort We have two condos available for rent on the third floor of the condominium with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains Both units are pet friendly!

Located right on the waterfront of Southern Virginia’s Smith Mountain Lake, the condo suite and efficiency are perfect for whatever your needs may be. The condo suite offers the perfect view of the lake and mountains with enough living space for a group of six, including two king-size beds and a pull-out queen-size couch. There’s a floor-to-ceiling windowed porch, a washer and

dryer, as well as a bathroom and a closet for each room. One bathroom contains a jetted bathtub. If you're just looking for a comfortable place to stay at night while enjoying the surroundings during the day, then the efficiency may be more your style with a single king-size bed with a full bathroom attached, including a jetted bathtub. Both rooms include cable TV, free accessible WiFi, linens, A/C, a full kitchen fitted with a stove top, microwave, basic dishware, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, silverware, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge, and freezer. The condo suite offers a conventional oven. Mariner’s Landing itself offers amenities such as multiple pools, a sandy beach, fishing pier, game room, fitness center, walking and biking trails, sand volleyball court, boat launches, playground, and tennis courts. Cleaners/laundry detergent, pool/beach towels, and tennis equipment are not included. And when you find yourself tired from enjoying the surroundings and want a bite to eat, right below the rooms is Mariner’s Landing’s own Heath’s Waterfront Grill.

Thursday, June 29th
- Put on your dancing shoes and join us for a Dance Lesson at Bottles and Bites from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Learn some new moves, shake off the stress, and get ready to groove!

Friday, June 30th
- Let the weekend vibes kick in with Live Music at Bottles and Bites starting at 6:00 PM. Enjoy some great tunes while savoring delicious food and drinks. It's the perfect way to unwind!
- Also on Friday, take a dip and dive into the nostalgia with our Dive-In Movie at The Pointe Pool! We'll be screening the classic film "Independence Day" at 8:45 PM. Grab your floaties and popcorn, and let the movie magic begin!

Saturday, July 1st
- Luau Pool Party at The Pointe Pool from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Hula your way to a Shell-tastic good time!
- Dance Battle at Bottles and Bites starting at 6:00 PM. Bust out your best moves and let's see who takes the dance floor by storm!
- Join us at The Pointe Pool for a Dive-In Movie screening of "Lilo and Stitch" at 8:45 PM. Grab your floaties, snuggle up, and enjoy this heartwarming Disney adventure under the stars!

Sunday, July 2nd
- Get ready to celebrate Independence Day with style! Join us for the spectacular Independence Day Parade and Lawn Party at The Pointe. The decorated golf cart parade starts at 6:00 PM through the community, followed by a lively lawn party at 7:00 PM on the Pointe lawn, filled with music, games, and field-day style competitions. Fireworks can be seen from The Pointe Lawn so bring your own chairs and blankets to enjoy the spectacular fireworks display. Don't forget to decorate your golf carts and meet at the Clubhouse at 5:45 PM. Mark your calendars and come together for an unforgettable evening of celebration and community spirit!
- Enjoy Live Music at Bottles and Bites starting at 6:00 PM. Enjoy some great tunes while savoring delicious food and drinks.

Monday, July 3rd
- Get ready to rock and roll at Bottles and Bites' 50's themed Sock Hop Party! Pull out your leather jackets, slick back your hair, and slip into your saddle shoes and poodle skirts for an evening filled with groovy tunes and scrumptious food. And that's not all - catch a screening of the timeless classic movie Grease. It's the perfect opportunity to step back in time and have a blast! Gates open at 4 PM, party starts at 6 PM!

The Sweet Retreat is open, just in time for Independence Day!
We are delighted to announce the grand opening of The Sweet Retreat, a brand-new eatery that promises to satisfy your cravings like never before. Located conveniently at The Centre, right next to the arcade and pool, our charming establishment invites you to indulge in a mouthwatering selection of delights. From juicy chicken tenders and delectable burgers to crispy nachos and flavorful quesadillas, our menu offers something for everyone. And of course, no visit would be complete without experiencing our heavenly milkshakes and indulging in the creamy delight of Hershey's Ice Cream. Come on over and experience a truly sweet and memorable Fourth of July celebration!

The Sweet Retreat Holiday Hours:
Thursday, June 29th & Friday, June 30th: The grill is open from 4-7 PM, ice cream will be served until 8 PM.
Saturday, July 1st to Saturday, July 8th: The grill will be open everyday from 12-7 PM, ice cream will be served until 8 PM.
Sunday, July 9th: The grill will be open 12-6 PM, ice cream will be served until 7 PM.
