The Friends of Anclote Key State Park and Lighthouse is open THIS Saturday March 29th. We have a few spots left for the morning cruise. Before it gets hot, get out to the island and enjoy this wonderful lighthouse for yourself! 3-1/2 hour cruises are just $60pp.

Did you know that there is a planetary alignment this week and next in the night sky? This would be a great time to book a sunset and enjoy the experience with friends. Sunset cruises are only $30 per person and up to six can cruise together. (minimum 3 for booking, please).

Great news! Friends of Anclote Key State Park and Lighthouse is open this Saturday (only) for tours of the lighthouse. We have spots available for your cruise from Hudson Beach to Anclote Island. Only $65 per person. We will be running two cruises starting at 9:15 AM and 1:00 PM.

Did you know that TODAY is the shortest day of the year? The sunsets are going to be later and later until summer. You can get both a sunset AND a trip up the Cotee River for only $65 per person when three or more people book a cruise. You only have about three weeks left to enjoy the Christmas lights. Don't wait!

Now is the PERFECT time to book a cruise up the Cotee River to enjoy the Christmas lights! Our boat has seating for six and a toilet so you don't have to worry about bathroom breaks!

Only $65 per person and the cruise lasts about 2-1/2 hours.

After a long hiatus (recovering from hurricane damage) we're excited to announce that Pasco Sunset Cruises will be resuming charters, sunset cruises and -- best of all -- taking reservations for this year's Christmas Boat parades!

The Cotee River boat parade -- the biggest around is NEXT Saturday, December, 7th.

Sunset cruises are only $30 pp (two minimum) and the Cotee River parade is $70 pp.

Unfortunately, all cruises to the friends of Anclote Lighthouse in October are canceled. We suffered a catastrophic loss from hurricane Helene and are unable to provide any charters or cruises in the entirety of October.

Calling All Pasco music trivia peeps! If there was ever a time you’re friendly neighborhood trivia guy needed help. This is Shirley it. If anyone is willing to come help us get this house cleared out we would be forever grateful. We cannot get the muck cleanup and the drywall cut out until we can get this house cleared. I’m not gonna lie. It’s gonna be a hot growing job, but we would be forever grateful.

There are a lot of people offering charters to the Friends of Anclote Key State Park and Lighthouse open house this year. Please make sure that your captain has a valid US Coast Guard license and that it is current. Your captain is required to show you his/her license if you request to see it.

If you're required to provide any money, fuel, or supplies before or after the operator allows you to get underway on the vessel, the vessel is operating as a charter and must be operated by an individual who has a valid Coast Guard-issued Merchant Mariner's Credential. The operator must have this credential on board.

Great news, Friends of Anclote Key State Park and Lighthouse have announced the 2024-2025 open house schedule for touring the lighthouse. We will be running charters twice a day on Saturday and Sunday to the lighthouse. Our price remains the same as last year - only $60 per person. Each tour lasts about 3 hours and you have an hour and a half to tour the lighthouse and spend some time on the beach.

The next blue supermoon will not happen until 2032, but supermoons occur more frequently.

Always exciting to see the dolphins! Today its was a momma and baby. Looks like baby(with mom's assistance)was practicing the 'dive and surface' maneuver.
