✅ Stay Informed: Regularly check for updates from airlines and airports. Use airline apps and follow their social media channels for the latest information.
✅ Be patient and flexible: Understand that delays and cancellations are beyond anyone’s control during an IT outage.
✅ Keep essential items handy: Have necessary medications, important documents, chargers, and a change of clothes in your carry-on bag in case of extended delays.

Traveling to new destinations is one way we gain insight to best serve our clients. But this week the destination came to us. Kim and Sherry met with the Tourism Board of Peru…aboard a Peruvian naval ship that docked for two nights at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
It was an afternoon filled with learning about the history and culture of Peru and unique experiences to compliment the must see and do spots that top our client requests. Macchi Picchu, anyone?

Camino de Santiago… the “way of St. James”. Since the Middle Ages people have made this pilgrimage across northern Spain to the city, named for Saint James, Santiago de Compostela. Later this month father and son clients will take off to complete this epic journey, hiking 161 miles together to celebrate college graduation and earn their pilgrim pass.

Thursday
Up and at the airport by 5:15am
Coordinated flights with a friend coming from Ohio so we arrived at the airport within the same hour and could share a transfer to the hotel

Got the scoop on a washed up boat that we believe belonged to @chadtucket and his friends😂

Friday
We originally planned on a spa day @tierrasantafaena
But the sun won and we spent all day lounging, laughing and decompression on the beach

Ended our night with cocktails at #fountainbleau
Saturday
Started the day with a 4+ mile walk along the beach taking in the sights of the #miamibeachhotels and #southbeach
Stopped by the #versacemansion , now home to a fabulous restaurant and were impressed by the full day workout crew of @stayfit305
Brunch then beach….all afternoon
No weekend is complete without shopping so we stopped @faenabazaarcurio
for some spring #couture and #fashionstyle @morphew_collection was our favorite with vintage designer pieces from the likes of #alexandermcqueen
Our last evening did not disappoint with a dinner show at Jaya @thesetaimiamibeach (Seriously, don’t skip the pad Thai or the chance to see the fire dancer)
A nightcap at the #rooftopbar @onehotelmiami was the icing with great vibes and skyline views.
Sunday
Coffee on the beach, a quick beach walk, brunch and one final hour of #vitaminsea before heading home to gray, cold Maryland.
