In home one on one personal training
We are co-owned and operated by Extreme Solutions and eXs nutrition. We currently only gym train out of the Corona location. biofit is a mobile personal training company
; “we bring the gym to you”. biofit comes to your home or business and trains you the client with either our equipment or yours. Steve requires a one on one consultation before any training begins. This consultation is aimed at helping you determine your fitness goal. All consultations are conducted at the client’s desired location. The first 15 minutes of all consultations are free. This allows potential clients to determine whether biofit is right for them with no obligation. Steve’s goal is to help people reach their fitness goals and leave the client with the tools to stay fit for many years to come. Nutrition counseling
Our Nutrition counseling session is aim at helping people understand that nutrition is the foundation of fitness and good health. Good nutrition basics apply to every person alive today both young and old. The session is geared at helping the client understand nutrition goals and keeping them for life, understanding how the body works with proper nutrition, nutrition and exercise basics. Pre training consultation
Our pre training consultation consists of a one on one discussion which is aimed at helping the client understand fitness concepts and how they relate to their lifestyle and particular goals. Discussion includes understanding your body, nutrition, proper eating, supplementation, how to approach the grocery store, exercise regimen and more. The client receives a folder which includes eating schedules, nutrition ideas, workout schedules and more. Purchasing the pre training consultation does not obligate the client to use biofit as their personal trainer. Steve believes that giving the client all of the information and tools up front, allows the client to better decide what their fitness goal should be. We believe that “fitness is a way of life not just a workout in the gym”. Counseling package
