Our COO, Deidre Fitzpatrick, is learning the importance of daily mindfulness, but isn’t fully convinced! Poppy says she is going to take her to Shavasana.

On Wednesday, May 31st, from 5-6 pm, our CEO and President, Nanette Zumwalt, CADC II-CS, CCJP, CIP, CRS, and Intake Director, Marni Luther, will be participating in the introduction of West Coast Symposium's Peer Mentoring Program. 🧠🤝

Also, on Thursday, June 1st, from 8:30-11 am, Nanette and Marni will join a team of experienced Senior Peer Mentors to offer guidance and educational opportunities to help participants get the most out of their WCSAD experience. Happy St. Patrick's Day! 🍀 Today is a day FULL of green, so why not use some tasty, crunchy cucumbers to toss up this delicious vegetable quinoa salad! Swipe to see the ingredients you need to get started. 🥒

Directions:
1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions along with the sea salt.
2. Place in a small bowl, allow to cool then cover and place in the refrigerator - be sure to use cold quinoa.
3. In a large bowl, combine all cut vegetables along with the cooked quinoa.
4. Drizzle dressing and toss
5. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve! 🥗
