The founder of Crown Arch Designs, Adam Loucks, is a full-time investor who specializes in remodeling houses into beautiful homes. He has been in the real estate industry for over 7 years and has transformed over 40 properties. Many people have asked Adam on how he decided on his career. When he was a just a boy his father would take him to his investment properties and through those experiences he knew that real estate was going to be his passion. When he graduated from University of Southern California in 2007, he exchanged teaching tennis lessons to a developer for advice on real estate. This investor explained to Adam that flipping houses could be a fun and lucrative career so he decided to try it out and he bought his first property in August of 2008. After forty properties, he has become a true professional in the industry and has expanded his talents into the design side. He says his favorite part of the job is seeing the transformation from an old broken house to a turnkey home that a new buyer can enjoy.
