Miller Aviation is currently seeking Cessna 310R pilots for our our on-demand Part 135 charter operation.
We are a stable operation that has been in business for over 30 years. As an on-demand charter company, our missions very from executive passenger charter to airline AOG flights to organ delivery to unscheduled freight runs. Most of our trips are on short notice, where the pilot launches within an hour of
booking. Every trip is unique and the aircraft are well equiped and maintained.
Our Cessna 310s are known ice equipped, have fully coupled autopilots, Garmin WAAS GPSs, good paint/interior, and factory or RAM engines. Expect 8 on / 6
off. Pay will start with a base salary of $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience with annual raises. Pilots also earn an additional night time premium for any trip going past midnight. Pilots can also make additional money if desired for taking flights during their off period. A typical pilot will fly 400-500 hours per year and spend less than 15 nights away from home annually. After 6 months, pilots will receive 8 hard days vacation and 8 flex days, Simple IRA with 3% match, and monthly bonus for health care expenses. Sign-on bonus available for qualified pilots willing to sign a 2 year contract. Once a pilot is trained and on-line, all new hires will need to sign a 1 year contract for training expense reimbursement should they quit before that time.

75 Hours Instrument (50 in actual flight)
