Hi all!
Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted—life has been BUSY! Between running my travel business, being a mom of two little ones, juggling full-time graduate school, and taking care of two very needy basset hounds (plus one extremely high-maintenance husband), it’s been a lot.
I started feeling overwhelmed and struggling to keep up, so I decided to take a step back from posting to fully focus on my clients. Full transparency: I don’t actually love posting on social media—I’m terrible at it and lack creativity and wish I was as good as others. It felt good to let go of the pressure to "grow" my business and instead refocus on why I started in the first place: my love for planning Disney vacations.
This venture began as a passion project, and it’s been an amazing way to do something I truly enjoy while earning extra income for my family. I want to thank all of you who’ve used my services and referred me to your family and friends. It means the world to be a small part of your vacations. I absolutely love seeing the photos you share—your joy is why I do this!
Let’s be real: Disney has gotten harder, more expensive, and sometimes downright frustrating to navigate. I wish I could wave a magic wand to lower prices, simplify the process, and banish hurricanes! But despite the challenges, there’s still something truly magical about these trips. Seeing the happiness and memories they create makes it all worthwhile.

✨What Is the Lightning Lane Premier Pass? ✨
It’s a paid upgrade that allows guests one-time access to any Lightning Lane entrance with no need to book a time slot! Simply walk up, tap in, and go!

This pass will be available in VERY limited quantities during the trial period, and pricing will vary based on the date and park, ranging from $129 to $429 per person, per park.

I’m beyond excited that in just two months, our family will be boarding the Disney Fantasy for a Merry-Time Cruise! 🎄🚢

Not only will we be visiting both of Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay, but it will also be my girls’ first cruise! I can't wait to experience the magic through their eyes and pick up some valuable tips for traveling with young kids that I can share with my clients.

I will be out of the office tomorrow August 14th until Saturday August 17th. I’ll be spending a few days at Walt Disney World with one of my fabulous friends and clients Abbey Lynn! Our agenda includes finding our inner princess by staying in a Royal room at Port Orleans-Riverside, maximizing the new Lightning Lane System, experiencing spooky delights at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party, and of course sampling plenty of snacks and fancy adult beverages fit for royalty! Lots of Disney news this week! New promos, holiday parties and a new Lightning Lane system replacing Genie+. Disney likes to give me whiplash 😂

If you haven’t joined my Facebook group Making Memories with Travel by Nikki: Disney Destination Vacations please do if you want to stay up to date with all the Disney news! I will be updating a lot there over the next several weeks.

As for today, it’s travel day! I’m going to be spending a few days at the happiest place on earth, the OG Disney destination, Disneyland! I’ll be staying club level at the new Pixar Place Hotel and I’m excited to experience this newly refurbished resort.

I’ll be checking out Pixar Fest, re-visit Fantasmic after its hiatus, and of course will be eating all the snacks! Disneyland is one of my favorite places, but I don’t get there as often as I like, so I can’t wait to go and share any new tips and tricks with my clients!
