PARTNERS IN EDUCATION AWARD

Weber School District recently recognized Sgt. David MacInnes and the Weber County Sheriff's Office as our outstanding partners in education. Sgt. MacInnes was instrumental in implementing the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) in our schools while acting as the supervisor over the Sheriff's Office's school resource officers. The SRP involves lockdown, lockout and evacuation procedures that are practiced throughout the district. Through his efforts and leadership, our faculty, schools and students are safer and better prepared in the event of an actual emergency. We thank him and all of our wonderful law enforcement partners for their dedication and service!
