We are the JSEG Career Network (JCN), an organization dedicated to helping employees develop their goals and careers throughout all stages of their professional lives. We roughly break down into three main groups:
· Explore—0-5 years’ experience/new to JSEG
· Navigate—5-15 years’ experience
· Inspire—15+ years’ experience

As a new hire, we want to welcome you to the Explore group- even those of you who have ample experience but are new to JSEG. As part of this welcoming, we’re hosting a few rounds of meet-and-greet events, which will include a short talk about JCN. We’ll also have quizzes to help you get to know your co-workers and give us feedback on what types of events and content you’d like to see. We are hosting four events so that you have multiple opportunities to attend. Two of these will be in person, while the other two will be virtual for those who can’t attend in person.

The breakdown is as follows:
v In person: (12:30pm)
- Tuesday, May 18th
- Thursday, June 3rd
v Virtual: (3:00 pm)
- Thursday, May 20th
- Tuesday, June 1st

In person events will be held on center, while the virtual events will be held via Teams. Four calendar invites with more details on each event are attached to the JCN email that was sent out last week. Please RSVP to the event you want to attend, especially if you plan to attend in-person, so we may plan accordingly.

There are a ton of you ( 80 new hires since September!), so this a great opportunity to network across the contract and meet colleagues who are experiencing very similar feelings with respect to starting a new job in the midst of a pandemic. Feel free to reach out to Mary Beth and/or Kaitlin if you have any questions.

"We get to work on such groundbreaking programs which makes every day exciting. NASA and JSEG go out of its way to recognize their employees for their hard work and accomplishments. I love all of the events they hold for us yearly and they really try to include our families which is always nice too! This picture is from one of the ER awards days."
