We have 150 people cap.
You will be responsible for your individual/camp registery.
You will fill out a google document for your registration. ( i will post this in a seperate post asap) Then we will send you an email after you register with instructions on how to pay.
If you are coming as a group or theme camp, please register only once and include all party members! Once we have your address and confirmed payment, we will send you a package with wristbands for the number of folks in your party. Please do not forget to have them on when you arrive! If you bring the wrist bands and need to pass them out to your camp mates as they arrive, that's okay, too ❤️
If you are found without a wristband on site, you'll be asked to pay again, as your wristband is your ticket and proof of registration!
We do NOT have placement. You will be pointed to a spot on arrival. ALL SPOTS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. SO GET HERE ON TIME
Rv spots have power and water. You WILL need to reserve a spot with the property owner asap if you want an rv spot, as there are only 5. Rv spots will be $25 a night for utilities plus $7 a night per person.

Regular open camping spots are $7 a night per person. spots are first come, first serve
If you are bringing fire poofers, let us know on arrival, so we can put you in a spot in an open and safe area away from trees!
Fire is okay
Bang is not okay.
Please bring fire pits if you'd like to have a fire at your site.
This event is LNT
If you bring it in, you are responsible to take it with you when you leave. Including trash.
This event is open to all SideBurners!
This event isn't an official burn, but we will still abide by the 10 principles of burning man.
If you don't know them, go to www.burningman.org and check it out.
There is a small hot tub and a sauna that we can use. These must be well taken care of. And only operated by those who have been taught how to run them properly!
There is a lot of nature and trails and caves nearby to check out! If you leave and go explore during the day, you are welcome back in! No drinking and driving though!!
There is a lake (it is a bit mucky, but who cares) that we can swim in if we want to cool off :) giant floats welcome!!
There are plumbed bathrooms and a couple showers. But there will also be porta potties so that we don't overwhelm their septic, so please be respectful of that. When you leave the porto, please close the seat!
We will have some sort of "burn" event, but you'll just have to see when u get there. 😉
This property has 1 rule. NO WHINING. So let's respect that rule. This will be an incredible test of self-reliance ❤️
There will be a "wood splitting" party and we encourage everyone that can to participate! More wood = more 🔥
Bring your fun camps! Do fun things! Or do nothing and just relax! The experience you have/give here will be entirely up to you! I cannot wait to see everyone! I am so excited!!!!
Most importantly, keep in mind this is NOT a burn. I'm doing some ground work to make things easier on the property owner, but this is a burner meet up/ retreat. You are responsible for yourself. If you have questions, please comment them onto this thread and I'll answer everything I can to the best of my abilities! And don't forget to scroll through the questions first before asking so that we don't have a bunch of repeat questions, and so that information is easier to find! Love you all SO much
