From the #1 economic advisor in America: Are We Back? This is the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Nationwide spending on Visa (NYSE: V) cards — a large sample size given how ubiquitous the cards are — had been down about 30% in April. It's now rebounded so much that spending in the last week of May was unchanged from 2019. Last month, Airbnb was looking at a decimated business. It laid off a quarter of its employees and raised billions of dollars from investors to stay afloat. This month, it's suddenly looking at bookings that are unchanged from the same period last year. Las Vegas casinos opened last week. They were packed.Carnival Cruise Line is resuming sailings. Twice as many people are booking cruises for August 2020 as they did in August 2019.

Zion Village Resort is an approved nightly rental resort. Three bedroom townhomes start at only $360,000 and feature a $1.3 Million recreation center with Lazy river, water slides, adult and kiddie pools as well as a large beautiful club house. Zion Village Resort has quickly become the most popular Southern Utah destination for local, as well as international visitors. Zion Nation Park will have 5 million visitors in 2019, with many of these visitors still staying in Las Vegas. That is our main target for rental revenue.
