WHAT WE NEED:

• Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for one or many clients.

• Answering approximately 30-50 phone calls on a daily basis.

• Fielding customer questions and concerns about products, membership, he

billing, services and technical issues.

• Determining the wants, needs and interests of each customer to identify the best solution on the first call.

• Providing a positive, professional, empathetic and customer focused experience. WHAT WE’LL DO:

- Adhere to Customer Elations call-handling expectations, limiting personal bias while answering calls professionally in your own tone.
- Create exceptional caller experiences that deliver meaningful connections with customers and callers.
- Maintain accuracy, mindfulness, and strong attention to detail in written communication. Cross "T's" and dot "I's," use proper spelling, grammar, and logical message composition.
- Communicate professionally and with personality.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. Toggle between screens and applications simultaneously.
- Precisely and consistently follow call-handling instructions on every call.
- Provide detailed, accurate notes and messages from callers, and take ownership of mistakes when they happen.

The HR/Payroll Specialist at Customer Elation is the first point of contact for our employees for Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll questions.

In this vital role, the HR Specialist is responsible for responding to questions, managing the payroll process for all Customer Elation and Southwest Answering Service departments, overseeing the benefits enrollment and management process, and keeping the strictest confidence with sensitive employee information.

Customer Elation is seeking a detail-oriented, professional individual to join the Headquarters Administration Team.

What you will do:

· Administrative Support – Assist the Administration Department contacts at each of our 15+ locations with questions about payroll, onboarding, benefits, and general HR/Administration questions.

· Payroll Processing – Verify the accuracy of the payroll information submitted on a weekly or bi-monthly basis; work with payroll vendor

· Benefit Management – Oversee the timeliness and accuracy of benefits enrollments for new hires and all employees during the Open Enrollment season.

· Claims Response – Gather information, investigate, and respond to claims related to FMLA, Harassment, Discrimination, Unemployment, Disability, Workplace Injury

· Compliance –Oversee the new employment background check and drug testing process to ensure compliance with State, Federal and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 2 years previous Human Resources (Benefits Management\Payroll Processing) experience;

· A demonstrated dedication to information security and confidentiality;

· A positive attitude and a passion for our employees;

· A demonstrated history of dealing with complex issues in a professional, empathetic, discrete, and mature manner;

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (HR/Payroll software experience preferred);

· An acute attention to detail;

· Refined communication skills, both written and oral;

· The ability to adapt to changing priorities, and workloads.
