Customer Elation Customer Elation is a Customer Service Call Center. We provide a fun and professional atmosphere. No fear, we don't provide outbound tele-marketing services!

WHAT WE NEED:
Customer Elation employees that are committed, professional and accountable. Most people who are a great fit for our company thrive at the following tasks:

• Working in a fast paced, dynamic environment as the go-to person for one or many clients.

• Answering approximately 30-50 phone calls on a daily basis.

• Fielding customer questions and concerns about products, membership, he

althcare,
billing, services and technical issues.

• Determining the wants, needs and interests of each customer to identify the best solution on the first call.

• Providing a positive, professional, empathetic and customer focused experience. WHAT WE’LL DO:
We provide a warm, open, fun and successful environment with many opportunities for professional development.

• Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with accrued PTO from the start!

• 5 -10 days of paid training
