💡Did you know we are only 15 mins away from one of Best holistic and wellness centers in the country?! 🧘The in Rhinebeck is truly one a kind - located on more than 250 acres, they offer a wide variety of workshops, retreats, conferences, wellness treatments and R &R vacations ❤️
I just came back from a 5- day in person retreat on beating adversity and learning to be more resilient 💪. Truly blew my mind 🤯and I am so thankful to Emiliya Zhivotovskaya and my fellow classmates who made it a truly unforgettable experience - highly recommend to anyone looking to reset in 2025!

Bringing the outside in was one of our primary goals when we set about rebuilding the old barn 🌳large sliding doors throughout the ground floor , vaulted ceilings and stark white walls create an airy, light filled space, the perfect setting to relax and escape the chaos of life! 🧘‍♀️
