Here is an example of why we always look up! We use a flashlight and trace every corner or very room. We look behind doors, in vents, inside closets and under every sink looking for leaks/moisture, smells, bugs, etc. We give you peace of mind while you are away!

While conducting a homewatch inspection at a client's Pelican Sound condo, my inspector encountered 20 inch water stain on the master bathroom shower ceiling. Apparently a leak occurred from the upstairs condo's shower and it found it's way into our client's condo. Small things that occur in an unoccupied home can become big issues if not caught early enough. 🧐
