Primary Purpose: Responsible for making sales, confirming reservations, and handling all guest inquiries. As an Office Associate you are expected to provide top of the line customer service. Office Associates are expected to be able to handle multiple tasks, take lead, and troubleshoot any questions or concerns that may arise. All Office Associates are responsible for answering phone calls, providing friendly customer service to all guests. You are expected to Demonstrate our values at New Spirit Vacation Homes by showing respect, and courtesy to all customers as well as employees.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Know all properties in the profile well enough to make sales
• Be able to determine and provide appropriate property options based off of guest’s budget, date inquiry, guest count, as well as amenities
• Make Sales- Calls/ Emails/ In Person
• Educate prospective guests on desired properties
• Answering phones, responding to guests
• Inputting Reservations, & Housekeeping Schedule
• Run/ Post Payments for all incoming reservations
• Prepare & Audit Paperwork, & Calendars for upcoming arrivals
• Know how to operate all reservation systems as required
• Work with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
• Participate in Performance Development Review Process
Job / Educational Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available weekday/ weekends

• Clean Restrooms, Bedrooms, Kitchens, Spas, Pools, and associated areas
• Maintain linens and furniture
• Be responsible for sets of keys throughout the day and ensure they are placed back in their proper place
• Be Responsible for carrying all necessary cleaning and pepping supplies for homes
• Report maintenance issues as per procedures
• Clean domestic kitchens including surfaces, small and large equipment i.e., stove, microwave, ovens, fridges, and freezers
• Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe down and other final touches
• Store linen, handle clean/ soiled, incoming/outgoing linens
• Make beds, change bedding on every bed per home
• Deep clean carpeted, and non-carpeted areas, soft furnishings, and bedding

This quiet, secluded cabin is perched on a hillside at the end of a peaceful residential road surrounded by towering pine trees. With a forest backyard, the deck is the perfect place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and look out on lots of wildlife, including deer, bright blue Steller’s jays, woodpeckers, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and lizards. In spite of the “getting away from it all” vibe, the cabin is only a 6-minute drive into Idyllwild's town center and easily accessible to all of the area's hiking trails.

With an eclectic aesthetic that mixes modern and vintage, Scout’s Hideaway is cozy but feels spacious, with two roomy bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen) and a living room that opens onto the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals at home, and coffee and tea are on hand for you to enjoy.

In the evening, you’ll want to get a fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, cozy up with a glass of whiskey or wine, and watch the glow on the mountains from the deck as the sun sets. The cabin is meant to be a peaceful spot to find joy in nature and the company of friends and family, so we have a variety of games and puzzles on hand but choose not to have a TV. If you think you'll be craving it, make sure to bring your own device for streaming. The house is equipped with WiFi, but we think it's the perfect place to unplug.

An Architectural Design by Dennis McGuire makes this a most exceptional home that is located atop the lavish mountain town of Idyllwild, California. Distinct from most homes located on this stunning mountain, “The View” has some of the most amazing scenes that Idyllwild has to offer. You can enjoy the sunset each evening from the spacious deck while relaxing in the hot tub! Visualize standing outside while observing the wildlife climb up the mountainside. If you want romance, what could be more perfect then stepping out onto the deck and gazing up at the stars? On warmer days, you may want to go outside to BBQ and enjoy a meal along with the scenery.
