It’s been a passion I’ve always had and have done for others. Apart from people pleasing as another trait I’ve always had, but I took that as being more of a negati

ve stance up until I was able to guide the people pleasing in positive ways to benefit others and myself. I’ve successfully operated my own cleaning business since 2014 making time for residential homes, vacation rentals, and businesses. I’ve enjoyed different challenges from each client and take pride in meeting their needs to make sure they are pleased with our high standards that always seem to grow. Having established my first personal rental property in 2019, being our family cabin that my husband built in 2007 with his father, grandfather and brother, I’ve been hooked on pleasing each guests with new and updated amenities each chance I get. I’m now always diving deeper to find amenities for each properties needs based on the feedback from guests who actually stay and utilize each property I manage. In June 2021 my husband and I advertised another rental property which has also been doing as well as our first. (You can find us on Facebook, instagram and Airbnb)
I am a 6 times running “Super host” on Airbnb and have 5 start ratings! I love seeing my hard work paying off. Seeing each small success only drives me to get into the rental business more and more. I love seeing and managing otherwise vacant homes or cottages that owners only use part time bring them a revenue all while travelers have access to them with premium amenities. It really is a win win and often more affordable and beneficial for all than staying in a hotel. From the revenue it brings owners, affordability for guests, and jobs it creates for local maintenance workers, and small businesses, it seems to be the perfect option for all.

We have added crock pots, Christmas decorations, portable, cribs, extra box fans, entire air conditioning units, so many things from those who have requested! Those who have requested! It's not always a yes but it never hurts to ask 🙂

A cute little tree for St.Ignace 😍 We have a family who booked for Christmas this year so we decided to add a tree to this location.

We also have an amazing family who wants to stay for Christmas at the cabin so we have a tree arriving there in the next couple of days🙂

I'm very excited about this! If you have something you hope our locations provide, it never hurts to ask, we're very reasonable people and love to make this all about you!

The owners, Heidi and Chris have been amazing to work with. They have completed many recent updates from exterior painting of the house and the deck, a new well, lots of interior work, refinishing the hardwood floor, all new bedding and furniture. This fabulous location in downtown Petoskey has had a wonderful first summer/ start of fall with many happy guests.

Did you know that this is one of our handful of locations that are open year round?

Situated in Petoskeys historic gaslight district, we are a short drive to local ski resorts and have views of Bayfront Park.

We sleep six and have affordable rates and fabulous amenities. The owners are very serious about all maintenance and upkeep as well as providing quality amenities and a top notch location.

This gorgeous property still has lots of rental availability for the upcoming months! We are already off to a great start with multiple ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ratings and will continue striving for more with each stay 😁 -pet friendy -surrounded by Mullett Lake with its own Island -okay with large gatherings -sleeps 10 -access to kayaks and ice fishing -a BRAND NEW dock was just ordered 🤯 with a large platform and seating for all! -most importantly, an owner who is striving to make everything great for you and takes recommendations seriously ☺️

Huron House, that’s what the owners like to call this home away from home. As you may see from the pictures, the lake is the best draw in! You won’t want to leave if you are a rock hound and beach lover like me. I hope our first guests (with my management) love it as much as we do. This destination offers a very minimalistic vibe while allowing 4 guests to enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath Hideaway. The calendar filled up extremely fast but there are many dates available in May and a couple throughout the summer.

Listen closely! Do you hear that?? 😍 May it be the 800 foot of private river frontage, 15 acres of woodlands, the comfort of having your entire group of friends or extended family under one roof, if your looking for a peaceful and exciting getaway, this may be for you! So far I have seen countless deer, a few turkeys, beautiful birds, and a couple fish just while I have been getting this spot ready for you ☺️ If this doesn’t convince you to stay at a vacation rental versus a hotel, I’m not sure what will!

What great amenities you get to utilize when you stay at this beautiful and secluded house on Black River! This is just a sneak peak of a small but main part of the house ☺️ We are taking our time to make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned and stocked for you. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
