Kristin was a FABULOUS host! She made my guests very comfortable and welcomed. I had to send some guys out to do some work from the damage caused by the hurricanes and she was more than happy to assist. I 100% recommend her :)

Fabulous place to stay. Pristine, spacious and well equipped. Freshly decorated and updated which was a great plus for us.

The outside area was also was pristine, manicured with a great pool area.

It was incredible how the complex was cleaned up so soon after hurricane Milton eg 3 weeks prior.

All the people we met by the pool were repeaters over many years, so I think that says it all!

Kristin, was brilliant to deal with. Quick communication and very helpful.

Thank you for a great couple of weeks.

The Sea Club Community is Open For Business, 19725 Gulf Blvd. - if you are a local resident that lives in a hard hit area and needs a place to stay for 2 to 6 weeks, we have lodging available while you make repairs to your home. This community is about 85% cleaned up and can be your temporary home as you make repairs! Please reach out - we have 1 and 2 bedrooms available. 🌴

"Kristin was very quick to respond! We were unsure of how to get to the beach because private properties are right across from the condo. There is a public access like 300 ft up the road and we just drove our vehicle up to walk way to unload our chairs then parked in the parking lot next to the road. The heated pool was nice to have right outside the door with small children. The only complaint we had, which was outside of Kristin’s control, was there was construction there one of our first mornings there and left a little bit of a mess which concerned us about making the condo dirty walking through it. If we had the opportunity to do it over we would absolutely rent there again."

"Our stay was perfect!
Unit: a dream! All amenities- washer/dryer, blow dryers, iron, beach gear, TVs in all rooms. The beds were comfy and overall so welcoming. Everything was pristine. There were a lot of towels and beach towels provided. Everything seemed updated and we could not have asked for a better home for the week.
Host: Super responsive. She provided detailed info on check-in/out, fun things to do, helpful info, etc. So nice!
Location: The unit is an end unit overlooking the canal and fishing pier. We were able to see wildlife every morning including dolphins and manatees! Very quiet- could not even tell whether other people were staying in the building. The beach is just across Gulf Blvd- a very short walk. For my family of 3 loaded down with beach gear it took less than 5 minutes. There are also several places to eat and a convenience store all within easy walking distance. There is also a trolley that goes down to St. Pete and up to Clearwater- super convenient! Thanks for all your help! It was so stressful having to find someplace to stay last minute, but you were wonderful to work with and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was perfect."

"Kristin was so responsive! This was a last minute booking because our hotel accommodations were horrible. Kristin responded after hours to my inquiries and gave us unbelievable assistance. She got us in on an early check in the very next day. The unit was spotless. My wife, who is a massive clean freak, even commented that even the blinds and window seals were dust free. This comfortably fit our family of four. The location was perfect. Just south of Clearwater outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourism. Great restaurants within a short drive or even an afternoon stroll. This was “THE” first time that we have stayed at and Airbnb and not had an issue with cleanliness or functionality. Everything was as described in the listing. Thank you to Kristin and the “Welcome Y’all” team! We will definitely book with this host on our next vacation to Clearwater!"

"My husband and I can't rave enough about our wonderful 6-night stay at Dolphin's Lookout last week for a much-needed vacation. This condo and location are beyond beautiful, and we couldn't recommend it more. This was our third time at Sea Club as we love the proximity to everything, and the pool, grounds, Management, and people are just excellent. We've stayed in the tower in the past but prefer this unit now as the dolphin and manatee-watching were just breath-taking from the balcony and side-view, plus the fishing dock is just steps away. We can't thank Kristin enough for her assistance, hospitality, and follow-up in all things, she's GREAT, and this condo is just gorgeous, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and organized for all! Everything a couple or small family needs for their stay is provided with this condo (all kitchen necessities, towels, beach towels, etc.) We didn't utilize the beach chairs or other beach items provided but others would find these items very useful and no need to pack or buy them. We can't think of any negatives whatsoever and would highly recommend this condo to just about everyone, with the only exception being if you are elderly or have any mobility issues, please know there are approx. 15+ steps to this second-floor unit, with no elevator, which shouldn't be a problem for most but please keep it in mind if you struggle with stairs or bad health. THANK YOU, KRISTIN & STAFF, FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND THOUGHTFULNESS. WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN ASAP! We even captured a picture of a rainbow over the complex our last evening in Indian Shores, a perfect ending."

She recommended a company that brought a wagon, cabana, beach chairs, and toys right to our door step to rent for the week. Restaurants, beach shops, ice cream, and mini golf all within walking distance. We’ve never stayed in Indian Shores, but we loved how it wasn’t too crowded in comparison to St. Pete’s beach.
