It's Sea Turtle Nesting Season! Do your part to protect sea turtles and their hatchlings by removing obstacles such as umbrellas, chairs and tents on the beach. Fill in holes and collapse sand castles which may obstruct a sea turtle's path to and from the water. Do not enter areas roped off for the protection of sea turtles. Do not approach, disturb, shine a flashlight, or use flash photography on sea turtles. Minimize the use of lighting that can be seen from the beach as bright lights attract turtles inland.

If you find a sea turtle nest or a marine animal in distress please contact Clearwater Marine Aquarium at 727-441-1790.
