It was a fun Thanksgiving with a few new updates to the property... New living rooms tvs, tvs in the upstairs bedrooms, an awesome outdoor tv in the covered patio, new washer and dryer in the laundry cabana, and more! New photos to be taken at Christmas!

Gas is finally hooked up! Which means the spa is now a hot tub! Plus, we will heat the pool December through March each year! Enjoy this private pool oasis super close to the beach!

" We really did have a great trip. The water was so warm -

-You said the beach was a 4-5 min walk. Change that to 2 minutes and put its 1 block away. It was very close.
- You mentioned when locking the doors to pull the handle. You also should mention you should pull the handle when unlocking the door too
-Black out shades may be beneficial so that the AC gets a break once and a while.
- I’m not sure if you mentioned in the overview but the house is walking distance to 3 great restaurants . Guppies, cafe de Paris, and Sandy’s
- The chairs are great and wagon is good .
- A lot of families look for kid friendly pools and yours is for sure . You have a nice portion that the young ones can play in and stand up .
- Short drive to target if you need anything
- Quiet street
- Short drive from airport

I wouldn’t see why anyone wouldn’t give a 5 star review after our experience . It was a nice relaxing vacation . "

Spared! Thankful our beach retreat was spared any damage, but praying for all those dealing with Hurricane Ian's aftermath.

The county’s barrier islands saw some fallen signs, trees and shingles but avoided the kind of damage Hurricane Irma inflicted in 2017.
