The city of IRB Rocks!!! We took a drive to check on the beach restoration and found access 23 open today. More work needs to be done, but our family appreciates the efforts the city has done to give our residents and guests the ability to enjoy our beautiful beaches. ☀️

The City of Indian Rocks Beach has announced beach restoration closures. Hurricane Idalia left significant erosion in her path. The city has initiated an emergency beach restoration project with hundreds of truck loads of sand to replenish our beach. As a result, beach access 23 directly across from the Laughing Lizard is closed. The county park at 17th block is open and guests can access the beach there or any access south of there for the next few weeks. We’re excited to see the results of this much needed restoration for our guests. 🏖️
