Acadia Elite Adventures organized an exciting combination of a Fishing Charter and Spa Treatment event! Members had the choice to embark on a deep-sea fishing expedition in the Gulf or indulge in a relaxing spa day. Later, the group gathered again at the Scott within the exquisite Cordova Inn.

Administrators are needed for our Harbourside Resort location in Indian Rocks Beach as well as our newest property in downtown St. Petersburg. They will be responsible for welcoming our guests, reviewing any previously agreed upon incentives, and will prepare our prospective buyers for their tours.

Responsibilities also include preparing agreed upon gifts for each guest and managing the sales wheel and distribution of tours to sales representatives at the start of each wave throughout the day.

They will be responsible for a variety of customer-service and administrative duties including welcoming guests, check-in and check-out processes, managing guest issues related to their stay and reservations, answering the phone, and more.

• Answer phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries
from guests.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be extremely reliable and responsible with a great attendance record
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess basic data entry and word processing skills – including the ability to input accurate notes
pertaining to guest contact, reservations, and complaints.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
