Some exciting news! As you might know, I took over from Kandy a little over 3 years ago. I have enjoyed it so much that I'd like to announce that, my friend and Partner Greg Mallare and I are opening a vacation rental management company. The new company will be named Happy Place Vacation Rentals. We will be adding some new and very exciting properties for rental in the St.Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach area. We will be giving updates soon.
