I just made my 6th phone call to regarding refunds for two clients after their flight was canceled 4/3. No assistance for lodging or meals were given and they were told it would be 3-4 days before they would be rebooked. Both families rented cars at almost 10 pm to begin driving home from Orlando to Indianapolis. This is after standing in line for hours trying to get resolution. They were told they would receive refunds. I also submitted requests for refunds. Every time I requested a refund- I was told it was submitted for review, if my call wasn’t dropped. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was flat out told that was not an option. I have only received a response about one of the clients and that was to say they received vouchers- NOT refunds as promised. When I called back (twice now) I was told they didn’t receive vouchers (but I have the email stating they were) and that twice again we could submit a request for refund. I was told I would receive an email confirmation of the request within 10 minutes- I received only an email stating the reservation had been modified- not a word on the email about a refund request. And the client that I have never received any acknowledgment of any refund request - I still have received nothing on their behalf. This is unacceptable. I can never recommend this airline to anyone- regardless of how low the price.

This year has been about transformation. Booking travel for clients bringing them out of the cocoons we have all been in. And Passage Fortysevan is going through its own birth! While still work to be done- it’s taking shape! Your first peek at the future office of Passage Fortysevan. Feeling so many things- but mostly - grateful - for so many things and so many people. Thanks for your push, your support and all you have done to help me make one of the most meaningful jumps in my career. How this has all grown so fast and organically is so affirming! I’m doing the right thing!!!

So today Passage Fortysevan went on a little adventure to Cagle Mill Dam ( which is actually quite beautiful). It is located in a vey rural, wooded area of Indiana that is mostly gravel county roads. Clients are headed to Zion National Park for fall break and were worried about the extra time to get a National Park pass on their way from their plane to a tour. Vacations are meant to be fun-not full of anxiety- so passes were picked up and hand delivered! Thank goodness for GPS (and that it didn’t p**p out) - as these were the signs to the dam!
