I cant believe its already been 5 years since Drew left us. Its never easy to lose a family member or friend to early but with a help of a lot of individuals we have been able to celebrate our good friend all while raising money for a great cause. We are right around the $60k mark of donations in the 4 years and although its not about the money, that money has touched many individuals. Over the years we have donated to St. Pius X to help with their music and art department as well St. Vincent Depaul. Getting to see and understand what St. Vincent Depaul does for the community is pretty amazing. Among the many things they do, the one that stood out to me is the food pantry that they run. Its a constant hustle to supply food for those in need of it and on any given day they are able to supply as many as 700+ individuals on top of in home delivers for those who need the service. There are a lot of great charities out there that are more important to our communities than most of us would ever imagine so its great to be apart of one like St. Vincent Depaul. Thanks again for all those who have participated in the past and looking for to making 2019 another great year. Herron morton stunner bathroom 3 of 6. Stripes trimmed in chrome compliment the marble floor. The glass inlay in the floors play off the glass k***s on the vanity quite nicely I have to say.

This was the final room left on the main level of a home we previously renovated for the client. Here we raised the ceiling 15 inches, decked out the fireplace with some stacked stone, added some custom built-ins, rustic hardwoods and set it off with reclaimed 16ft, heavy as a m**o timbers for the ceiling and mantle.

Spruced up this fantastic eagle creek master. You cant ever go wrong with this combination of floor tile and subway. The homeowner got rid of the wallpaper and brought a really soft blue color on the walls that pulled everything together to gave it a relaxing spa feel.

Easy way to dress up your shower surrounds. Huge fan of the 4x8 subway tiles these days. Kept it clean and classic with 2 different marble designs to cap it off.

Took a tiny kitchen, opened up a wall to create a breakfast bar, removed a window and rearranged some appliances all within the same existing space. First time using ikea cabinets and worked out pretty well with some beautiful marble countertops to finish it off

Gutted the builder grade garden tub master. Kept everything very simple and clean with frameless glass, white subway, soaking tub and a dark hardwood looking tile floor to cap it off.

Here utilized an awkward entry living space that was left for dead when an addition was previously added to the back of the house. We utiilized the more than 15ft of wall to add some storage, some shelving for the ultimate display of growlers and bier steins as well as a dry bar area and sitting area ready for a small table with stained popular to match the new hardwood floors. Joe let everyone know what time the party starts!

New construction earthtone cabinets we painted to match the existing trim and crown, hit the island with a sharp gray paint, installed new white subway with light gray grout up to the ceiling to really add a dramatic accent and pulled it all together with some brushed brass hardware. cost effective alternative to a new kitchen and you would be amazed at the different colors you can pull out of a natural stone like granite by surround it with different colors. Good work abby

Newest restoration project downtown in historic Herron Morton to begin very shortly. Home is right around 7500 sf and will boast 3 levels above ground, full basement, double staircases, 4+ bedrooms, 5+ bathrooms, carriage house, double lot, brick interior basement walls, 400 amp service, the list goes on. Lots of great things happening downtown. contact me for more info. Hope to the south being renovated currently, 2 brand new modern builds to the north between $700-$900k. Working on renderings for 2 new builds directly to the north in the 4000-5000 sf range and will build to suit.

This was a complete renovation in Historic Johnson Woods in Meridian Kessler. We opened up the floor plan, finished the basement, new 3" finished on site hardwoods and added a full bath upstairs just to name a few of the highlights. We currently have it on the market for a very lucky new homeowner!

Talk about a refresher! We basically kept the same footprint, removed the bulkheads, extended our cabinet heights, added some beautiful granite and fresh white cabinets. by changing the cabinet setups to pull out drawers in the island and adding a huge pantry we were able to greatly increase the storage and functionality of the this kitchen all in the same space. its all about figuring out what best meets your needs and design according to the that. we did some great trim work around the island to really dress up the cabinets and make it look like a piece of furniture. we added some new lighting and replaced the old exterior window over the sink with a clear piece of glass to complete the renovation.

The pics don't even do this one justice. complete overhaul of a meridian Kessler kitchen and hallway bath to create a flow that it should have had to begin with. not enough room to describe everything that was done to bring this one together. more pics to follow. we removed 3 walls to combine a former kitchen, bedroom and bathroom to create one stunning kitchen. the glass and stone backsplash combined with the stacked stone around the chimney blend wonderfully with stainless appliances and antique glazed cabinets. the cherry on top is the awesome "island" range hood and the glass shelf we installed to show off their stem ware. We then turned a hallway and 1/2 bath into a full bath complete with custom shower. Have to see to believe. so many cool features from the under counter pull out microwave drawer to the counter mounted pot to make this one of the coolest most unique kitchens we have done

We took this crammed bungalow hall bath and completely flipped it. We utilized an unused closet to gain extra space, reconfigured the setup, changed the window style, carried subway tile around the entire for a nice clean look. great choices you guys on colors and ideas. the forgotten bathroom finally got its place. The bedrooms had crumbling plaster, wall paneling and wallpaper. we laminated the walls with fresh drywall and we made new matching base and window trim so that everything was uniform with the rest of the home.

Here we combined a tiny full bath with a hall bath to create a spa like retreat. Reconfigured the entire setup, installed a jetted tub, all glass shower surround, beautiful marble like porcelain floor tile and very sleek wall mount vanity

To the standard builder grade 30 inch oak cabinets, readjusted the space, removed an awkward window, raised the entry, added more seating for entertaining and added a beautiful stone backsplash with under cabinet lighting to help with high vaulted ceilings

To much here to describe and better finished pics to follow. The long and the short, we moved the kitchen some 40ft to the original garage that had become an art studio, we turned the original kitchen into a full bath, exposed brick hallway and vaulted the ceilings in both new kitchen and old breezeway. Added some awesome wood flooring throughout, made some custom wrapped beams from 100yr old wood from a downtown church and put together one the coolest kitchens ever! Great work kyle and lisa. the place came out pretty sick!

The was one where it was a great example of utilizing the exact same space and creating a completely better flow, storage and useable space by making a plan for storage that was adequate to their needs. In the master bedroom we took dead space against the outside wall created some custom builtins with pull out drawers for socks, shirts, jeans etc. We then flipped the bed from one side to the other so walked into the room instead of into the room and around the bed. We added some crown molding to tie it all together and painted everything a light gray color that really made the white cabinets pop! In the master closet we removed the slider doors and headers so we use hanging space and accessible storage space to the ceiling for purses. We added a pocket door to close it off if needed and created a custom 8 drawer jewelry box bench seat under the window. Finally to cap things off we gutted the bathroom, installed a very functional vanity/makeup counter with marble top. We were able to tie in the shower and vanity with matching subway tile floor to ceiling. We were able to maximize storage in a small space and the corner glass shower sets it all off. Great work meg the material and color scheme you came up with!

I didn't have some of the before pics to do this one justice. In this one we moved the toilet from one side of the bathroom to the other allowing us to put in an 8ft long double vanity. We added a floor to ceiling wall to divide the shower and toilet area as well as five us a wall to mount the brushed nickel slider to. We did matching picture frames of a basket weave Carrera marble tile on both the shower wall and bathroom floor. The wall and floor tile are a Carrera marble look alike porcelain tile. (looks great, easy to clean and fraction of the cost)

Here he removed and old sunken, dated jetted tub and turned it into a custom shower with bench seating as well as took an old oak vanity gave it a custom distressed paint job bringing it some new life. They found a beautiful reclaimed wood vanity top that was just awesome. We then finished it off with new craftman syle entry doors and a 2 inch hex tiled floor.
