Today’s global technology outage that grounded all flights drives home an important thing that I stress to all my cruising clients - always plan to fly the day BEFORE your cruise! Flights are unpredictable - but you know what isn’t? The time that ship will pull away from the port, with or without you on it. 🙁
Always allow the extra day in case you have to throw flight plans out the window and drive.

This brings out another important point - this is one of the reasons that adding travel protection is beneficial. Certain policies cover things like airline delays and cancellations.

Plan ahead for the unforeseen so you’re sitting on a beach sipping tropical drinks instead of sitting at an airport!🍹🧉

Most exciting part is guests can now plan ahead and plan around your dining reservations. Also, no more getting up before 7:00 am every morning to purchase Genie+ and get your rides planned. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween dates have been announced with some fun new activities and costumes.

Party’s will take place on select dates starting August 9th through October 31st.

Tickets go on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green on May 8. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15.
