Have you heard the exciting news?! We’re thrilled to share our team joined the Apartment Association of Kansas City Crystal Merit Awards held on Saturday March 30. This is a great time to recognize outstanding individuals, teams and communities for their accomplishments and service in the industry. Congratulations to our incredible team members who have been recognized for their outstanding efforts.

Ashley has been working hard for several months and has completed the Indiana Apartment Association Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) course. She has been dedicated to building skills such as customer service, effective marketing skills, the sales process and how to best prepare new residents during the move-in process. By passing this course, Ashley has a comprehensive knowledge of the leasing process to better assist prospective residents and residents in the community. On behalf of the Justus Companies and the team at Bridgewater, we would like to congratulate Ashley for her commitment to professional growth and knowledge in the industry.
